    DKB Homes buys old, tired properties and renovate them into modern, high quality homes for the community.

    They work with many types of people; from estate agents and angel investors to builders and sourcing agents. They are always looking to build and nurture our relationships with these key partners.
  • Where does DKB Homes invest?
    They invest in North East Lincolnshire, Suffolk and areas of Scotland.
  • What risks are there?
    All investment carries a certain amount of risk but Danny & Katie personally carry that risk to protect . Opportunities go through rigorous stress-testing processes before being accepted.
  • What's is the investment strategy?
    Danny & Katie runs a few strategies across the portfolio. Their main strategy right now are HMO’s and Buy To Let on BRRR model. The key metrics are cashflow and return on investment.
  • How much property investment experience do Danny & Katie have?
    Together, they have over 10 years experience.
  • What is the company's portfolio size?
    The value across the portfolio currently sits at over £5.4m (August 2023).
  • Has Danny & Katie received any training?
    They've invested significantly in education, maintaining memberships in top UK property networks.
  • Can anyone be an angel investor?
    Anyone can be an angel investor providing that they meet the investment requirements defined by the FCA under the Financial Services Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). This includes High Net Worth Individuals and self certified Sophisticated Investors.
  • Is my money secure?
    Similar to any investment, there's an element of risk. However, all funds are backed by equity from their current property portfolio.
  • What's the process to get started?
    They understand investments can be confusing, so they've simplified the process: Arrange a call. Clarify queries. Sign investment agreement securely. Deposit investment amount. You're all set and from this point on - your money is earning you money!
  • When do my payments start?
    As soon as your investment is confirmed your money is earning you interest. Payments are usually made on a monthly basis, however Danny & Katie are happy to pay annually if this is preferred.
  • What return will I get?
    Before we discuss specific opportunities, we need to ensure you understand the process, to protect you according to FCA rules. Investment interest rates with DKB Homes Ltd typically range from 4 - 8% depending on the amount and length of term.
  • Can I ask for my money back before the agreed date?
    Yes, but as the investment is tied to a specific project, a polite ask to provide at least three months' notice.
