Tehidy House was constructed in 1895 with a building cost of just £400. Originally home to the Woodmancey Family.

Over the past century, Tehidy House has been used as a family home and even a doctors' surgery, but having now been empty for almost a decade the building has suffered weather, apathy and deterioration. We recognise the potential of the historic building and plan to sympathetically restore it to its former glory.

Our proposal for Tehidy House involves converting it into five luxury apartments. By doing so, we are able to provide sustainable living options to the area while preserving the building's architectural significance and rich history.
Through careful restoration and modernisation, our team will ensure that Tehidy House becomes a desirable residential option for those seeking luxury and comfort in the heart of Felixstowe.
